| What things have gone wrong with the car? | Small back seat. Low resale value. | |
| General comments? | To begin with, my family originally owned a '91 Mirage and had the car for about eight years before the transmission finally gave out. It was a pretty strong car and we felt happy with it, so when it came time to buy a new car we took the mirage into consideration. We wanted a Civic, but the prices were ridiculous! The Mirage is a good value for a small car, especially if bought used. The car is solid, has very few mechanical problems, and drives well. The car can be very boring to drive at times due to the lack of power from the small engine. | |
